Vapotherm Announces New Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Bemes, Inc.
Annapolis, Maryland, May 25, 2004:
Vapotherm., a privately held manufacturer of respiratory care devices for hospital and home care use, announced today that it has signed a new exclusive sales distribution agreement with Bemes, Inc. of Fenton, Missouri. Bemes will provide sales, rental and service of Vapotherm products in the state of Missouri and parts of Southern Illinois.
Bemes specializes in complete sales and service of equipment and supplies to respiratory, anesthesia and critical care. “Our customers have embraced the sophisticated simplicity of Vapotherm, offering improved patient outcomes while enhancing patient comfort and compliance”, said Jim Brandt, Vice President of Sales for Bemes.
