Program Maintenance Recommendations:
Vapotherm recommends regular scheduled maintenance to ensure peak operating efficiency.
The two options available are:
- Preventive maintenance (recommended annually)
Recalibrate all measured functions. Conduct general inspection of unit for wear, corrosion and leakage. Perform 1000 ppm Chlorine Dioxide disinfection - To be performed by a Vapotherm Certified Service Center Only. - Overhaul (recommended every 2 years)
Recalibrate transducers. Replace circulation pump motor and service pump head as necessary (To be performed by a Vapotherm Authorized Service Center). Inspect tubing, gas/water manifold and check valves, conduct general inspection of wear, corrosion and leakage. Perform 1000 ppm Chlorine Dioxide disinfection - To be performed by a Vapotherm Certified Service Center Only.
