The warranty is one year on parts and one year on the labor
Program Maintenance Recommendations:
Vapotherm recommends regular scheduled maintenance to ensure peak operating efficiency.
The two options available are:
- Annual PM (every year)
Replaces the pressure transducers, recalibrates all measured functions, and conducts a general inspection of the unit for wear, corrosion and leakage. - Biennial Overhaul (every two years)
Replaces and recalibrates the transducers, replaces the recirculation pump, replaces tubing, replaces the gas/water manifold and check valves, and conducts an overall inspection of the unit for wear, corrosion and leakage.
