Flowrest® Ordering:
Flowrest® is a medical device available by prescription from a licensed physician and generally provided through durable medical equipment (DME) providers. If you are a patient interested in the device, have your physician contact a preferred DME provider or contact us for more information at homecare@vtherm.com.
Ordering information for Physicians, Discharge Planners and Home Medical Equipment Providers:
Physicians and Discharge Planners needing to arrange a Flowrest® for a patient being discharged should contact their preferred Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider.
Durable Medical Equipment providers wishing to order the Flowrest and related supplies should follow the instructions below.
The physician's prescription should include: The Flowrest flow setting (1-5), temperature (1-3), approximate FIO2 or liter flow of oxygen through the Flowguard Oxygen Adapter and frequency of use.

New Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Company Account Set-up
New customer account setup requests can be initiated by contacting Vapotherm Customer Service via phone or email. You may call Customer Service at (866) 827-6843 or email them at cs@vtherm.com.
Customer Service will provide you with a New Customer Information form. Complete only the top section if you are going to pay by credit card or the entire form if you would like to establish an account with 30 day payment terms. After the New Customer Information form is completed and returned, Customer Service will review for completeness, assign an account number and then forward to Accounting for system set up. This process takes 2-3 days, provided that the form is complete.
